Responsibilities;
•Installation of Nortel Voice and Data equipment – Nortel Business Communication Manager (BCM) 50, 200, 400 and Nortel Business Ethernet Switch (BES) Switches
•Maintenance of Nortel Voice and Data equipment
•1st and 2nd Level Support
•Nortel Design of Technical solution
•Liaising with suppliers on pricing
•Writing of proposal and financial sheets
•Pre Sales support to sales
•Managing and administration of TOP Desk
•Logging support calls – Customer Services
•Report to Director of Operations
Pre-requisites;
•You must have a proven track record with installation and maintenance of Nortel equipment
•You should be presentable with excellent communications skills
•You must have a full UK Drivers license
•You should have a can do attitude and must be able to manage yourself as well as being part of a team

Description;
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Network Engineer to join a global organisation in the battle to make the network a stronger and more resilient platform to run the business from.
Responsibilities;
The Network spans 7 Datacenters and forming part of the global network engineering team the company are looking for someone to get evolved in all aspects from admin of different Cisco devices to being a point of escalation for the network admin staff all while balancing varied projects. You will either be working in a similar role at the moment or about ready to step it up to the big league and grab this opportunity.
Pre-requisites;
CCNA / CCNP / CCIP
Hands-on knowledge of configuration and maintenance of Cisco devices;
Routers in the 7200 family, Switches in the 6500+ range and PIX/ASA Firewalls
Previous experience of environments with between 200 to 400+ network devices
Knowledge of; VPN, MPLS and routing protocols; BGP, EIGRP
Load balancing knowledge; Cisco CSM or F5 LTM
Background in Large scale banking, finance or web hosting, data centre, ISP’s
Project experience such as customer builds, implementing new technologies

Description;
Cisco Voice Engineer based just outside London. A well established and rapidly growing systems integrator and Cisco gold partner are currently looking for 2 Cisco voice engineers to join their busy team dealing with Cisco IPT Call Manager issues and voice IMAC support.
Responsibilities;
The Cisco voice engineer will show a willingness to learn and develop new skills as structured training on both technical and consultative skills will be built in to your work schedule. The role will be predominately based on the London border, although you must be willing travel to customer sites in London as and when required.
Pre-requisites;
Have solid experience in Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager express products
Good IPT and VoIP knowledge to also resolve support calls as and when required.
A CCNA Looking to work towards a CCVP or "CCIE Voice"
The willingness to learn and become more consultative in your work.

Cisco Telecommunications Engineer with excellent Cisco IPT, Unified Messaging, VoIP, PABX switches and Call Manager experience is required by a major international organisation based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic telecommunications engineer role for a fantastic and rapidly expanding Global IT Department.
Responsibilities;
This Cisco telecoms role will be to provide technical consulting to IT projects or strategic initiatives. You will be involved in technical operation projects, including development and implementation of infrastructure to meet business needs. You shall also work with technical teams to determine technical solutions required for implementation throughout the whole company.
Pre-requisites;
Call Manager (4,5 or 6) and Unified Messaging (4 or 5) experience would be beneficial.
If you are Cisco qualified either CCNA or CCVP then this would be a bonus, however full training is provided.
